Our commitment
This website is run by TVKL Limited, trading as Sovereign Care. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Text is at least 15 pixels in size with strong colour contrast, and you can zoom the page to 200% without anything breaking.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, and the element in focus is always clearly highlighted.
- Headings, lists, forms and buttons are labelled so that screen readers describe them properly.
- Form errors are explained in words next to the field, not just with colour.
- Animation is kept to a minimum and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily on a phone.
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Known limitations
The Care Finder and the Care Advisor chat need JavaScript to work. If JavaScript is switched off, the enquiry form still works, and you can always email us instead.

If you would like anything on this site in large print, read to you, or explained in person, email contact@sovcare.co.uk and we will arrange it. Our free home assessment is always carried out face to face, at a pace that suits you.
